How it works
Four steps, no forms and no surprises. Everything you need to know is here - so you know what to expect before the first message.
- 01
Send a request
One WhatsApp message with the match, the date, how many tickets and your budget. The more detail, the sharper the offer.
- Say if sitting together matters - it affects availability and price.
- If your dates are flexible, tell us. Shifting by a day sometimes saves a meaningful amount.
- If you have not booked flights yet - tell us first, because kick-off times move.
- 02
Get an offer
We check availability with our suppliers and come back with options: stand, category and a final price.
- The offer includes the stand location and the relevant stadium map.
- The price is final and all-inclusive - nothing is added later.
- We say up front whether the tickets are adjacent, same row, or same area.
- 03
Confirm and pay
Once you approve, pay by credit card, bank transfer or Bit. An invoice follows the payment.
- The shekel amount follows the official exchange rate of the purchase currency.
- Only after payment do we actually purchase the tickets from the supplier.
- Cancellation terms are shown before you pay, not after.
- 04
Receive your tickets
Usually 24 to 72 hours before kick-off, together with clear entry instructions.
- An e-ticket to scan from your phone, a wallet ticket, or a physical ticket for collection or hotel delivery.
- We explain exactly what to show at the entrance and what to say if asked.
- We are available on match day itself.
