Kick-off times move

Broadcasters set the exact kick-off, sometimes only three to six weeks ahead. If you are planning flights around a match - talk to us before you book them, and we will tell you what is safe and what is risky.

The ticket is not in your name

On the secondary market tickets come from authorised suppliers and agents, so the printed name is usually not yours. This is standard practice and does not affect validity. We explain exactly what to do at the entrance.

Sitting together is not a given

For larger groups, adjacent seats are not always available. We tell you up front whether your tickets are adjacent, in the same row or in the same area - not at the gate.
