Are the tickets genuine?
Yes - completely. We operate on the secondary ticket market, where tickets come from authorised agents and suppliers. This means the name printed on the ticket is not necessarily yours - standard practice in this market, and it does not affect the ticket's validity.
How do I contact you and get a quote?
The fastest way is a WhatsApp message. So we can come back with an accurate offer, please include the match, the date, how many tickets, your preferred category and your budget.
We usually reply quickly during business hours. We are closed on Shabbat.
When and how will I receive the tickets?
In most cases delivery happens 24 to 72 hours before kick-off, sometimes earlier. For last-minute orders we can sometimes deliver close to the booking, subject to availability.
The delivery method follows the club's and stadium's policy:
- E-tickets - scanned from your phone or printed.
- Digital tickets - loaded into your device's wallet.
- Paper or plastic tickets - sent to your hotel or collected near the stadium.
Short instructions arrive with the delivery; occasionally the organiser requires full names or ID details.
How can I pay?
By secure credit card, bank transfer or Bit. The amount in shekels is calculated at the official exchange rate of the purchase currency - euro or pound - according to the transaction. An invoice is sent once payment clears.
What is your WhatsApp community?
It is Ticket2Go's official community, where we post daily deals for football matches and concerts - including early on-sale alerts, price drops and specials. Joining is free and the updates are short and to the point.
Can I cancel an order?
Once an order is confirmed and paid, we purchase the tickets from the supplier on your behalf, so cancellations carry a fee. The full cases and amounts appear in our cancellation policy (Hebrew).
Event cancelled: we work with the organiser or supplier and update you on the available credit or refund options.
Postponed or rescheduled: tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, we will try to help resell, subject to the market.
We recommend insuring the order, or booking only once your trip is certain.
