Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán

Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán

Known as the Bombonera of Nervión - a steep, tight bowl where the crowd sits almost on top of the pitch, and one of the hardest away trips in Europe. A rebuild to around 55,000 is planned and the board is aiming to start work in June 2027 - until then the ground operates as normal, including the whole of the 2026/27 season.

Seat-picking tips

  • The Preferencia, the west side, is the only covered stand - the tickets marked "Sombra" (shade) sit there. For an afternoon kick-off in the Seville heat, that is the one difference you actually feel.
  • Gol Norte at the north end is the Biris stand and the loudest in the ground, but you stand for the full ninety minutes and the far goal is a long way off.
  • The middle rows of the Fondo, the east side, are the best value - a full view of the pitch, but with no roof and in direct sun.
