Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán

Known as the Bombonera of Nervión - a steep, tight bowl where the crowd sits almost on top of the pitch, and one of the hardest away trips in Europe. A rebuild to around 55,000 is planned and the board is aiming to start work in June 2027 - until then the ground operates as normal, including the whole of the 2026/27 season.

Seat-picking tips

The Preferencia, the west side, is the only covered stand - the tickets marked "Sombra" (shade) sit there. For an afternoon kick-off in the Seville heat, that is the one difference you actually feel.
Gol Norte at the north end is the Biris stand and the loudest in the ground, but you stand for the full ninety minutes and the far goal is a long way off.
The middle rows of the Fondo, the east side, are the best value - a full view of the pitch, but with no roof and in direct sun.
