Stade Vélodrome
CEPAC Vélodrome
Marseille's home since 1937 and one of the loudest grounds in Europe. Since July 2026 its official name has been the CEPAC Vélodrome, replacing the Orange Vélodrome, and every seat has been under a roof since the major rebuild for Euro 2016.
Seat-picking tips
- Jean Bouin is the main stand - presidential box, VIP boxes and press - and the pricier of the two sides; Ganay directly opposite gives the same side-on angle for less, and its middle tier is the best value in the ground.
- The virages - Chevalier Roze at the south end, De Peretti at the north - are the cheapest and the loudest, but everyone stands for the full match and most of the seats are held by season-ticket holders.
- For the atmosphere without standing for ninety minutes, take the Ganay blocks nearest the Virage Sud - right alongside the ultras, but seated and side-on.
