Stade Louis II
Stade Louis II
A small, unusual ground in the Fontvieille district, built on top of an underground car park and recognisable by the nine arches across its facade. A full athletics track rings the pitch and pushes the end stands back from the grass.
Seat-picking tips
- The athletics track around the pitch leaves the ends - Pesages and Populaires - a long way back. If the view is what you are paying for, sit on a long side; in 2026/27 the only one open is the Tribune d'Honneur, as the Premières opposite is shut for renovation all season and its subscribers have moved into Honneur A2 and B2.
- The Pesages end behind one goal is the cheapest part of the ground and home to Monaco's ultras - the right buy for atmosphere, the wrong one if you want to see the game close up.
- Away fans are placed in a corner of the Populaires at the Cap d'Ail end, under the arches; anyone bringing children is better off in the middle of the Populaires, well clear of that corner.
