Metropolitano

Riyadh Air Metropolitano

Atlético's home since 2017, built around the old Peineta stand after the club left the Vicente Calderón. The wave roof covers almost every seat, and three tiers ring the pitch - the upper one breaking only on the west side, where the Peineta survives as the main stand.

Seat-picking tips

  • The Fondo Sur, the south end, is the loudest stand - but its lower tier is sold to club members only, so a general-sale ticket there means the tiers above it.
  • The west side is the main stand, with the dugouts and the directors' box, and it keeps the low sun behind you - the east side opposite looks straight into it at afternoon kick-offs.
  • The upper-tier corners are the cheapest seats and are still under the roof, but they sit high and far back - the middle tier along the side is the better compromise.
