RAMS Park
Opened in 2011 in Seyrantepe, in the north of Istanbul's European side, replacing the old Ali Sami Yen in Mecidiyeköy - the complex still carries the founder's name. Two steep tiers, one above the other, with a ring of boxes between them and a continuous roof running round all four stands. It is also the only ground in Turkey with a door straight onto a metro station. In March 2011, in the derby against Fenerbahçe, the crowd here was measured at 131.76 decibels, the loudest roar recorded at a sports stadium up to that point.

Seat-picking tips
- The ends behind the goals - Kuzey to the north, Güney to the south - are the cheapest seats in the ground, and the North end is ultrAslan's core: drums, flags, tifos and ninety minutes of unbroken singing. People stand on the seats there for the full match, so if you are not planning to stand you will not see the pitch; the South end behind the other goal is the quieter version of the same thing.
- The best view is from the lower tier of the side stands - the West (Batı), the main stand with the dugouts and the players' tunnel, or the East (Doğu) directly opposite at the same angle. These are the most expensive tickets in the ground, but there is no running track and the rake is steep, so nothing blocks your view.
- The upper tier is very steep, which is exactly why you see well from it, but it is high, and its back rows and the corner blocks give the flattest angle on the pitch. Away supporters sit in the south-east corner of the upper tier, through gates 418-421, and the climb is 110 steps with no lift.
